These terms govern your use of the TransCoordinator website and software. TransCoordinator is a coordination tool for licensed real estate professionals. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What TransCoordinator is

TransCoordinator reads your executed real estate contract packages, helps you verify the read, and builds a deadline calendar and coordination checklist to keep a file on track through close. It provides ministerial support only.

What it is not

• It does not provide legal advice and does not interpret contract terms for any party.
• It does not prepare, complete, render, or file real estate forms.
• It does not replace the licensed professionals responsible for the transaction.

You remain responsible for all professional judgments and for reviewing every date, status, and draft message before it is relied upon or sent.

Human verification

Nothing downstream runs until a human on your file confirms the extraction on the review screen, and no party-facing message is sent without your explicit approval. You agree not to bypass or disable these controls.

Eligibility and accounts

The service is offered to real estate professionals and transaction-coordination businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload the documents you submit and to have them processed as described.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading content you have no right to share, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to provide legal advice or generate real estate forms.

Availability and changes

This is pre-launch software offered on an as-available basis. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. We will finalize these terms with counsel before general availability and will post updates here.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. TransCoordinator is not liable for professional decisions, missed obligations arising from unverified or inaccurate inputs, or indirect or consequential damages. Deadlines and statuses are computed from the information you provide and verify; you are responsible for confirming them.
